Um, Charlaine Harris? If you're trying to do an allegory about homosexuality, why use as your stand-in bloodsuckers who wear human faces but use people for food?

This reminds me of Anne Rice.

I think it's really unhelpful to associate these two things. Of course, neither of them are gay, so what do they care?

I hadn't mentioned this, since I thought I might use them for sock puppets, alternate personalities, their sock puppets & alternate personalities, & the like--not to mention waiting until someone asks down the line.

But really, my sock puppet's alternate personality's evil twin's Bizarro-World sex blog hasn't been posted to in four years, she doesn't need a Dreamwidth for that.

So I can spare some codes is what I'm saying. For those who don't know, Dreamwidth is another journal site, in fact this post is actually on DW & crossposted to LJ.

I just thought some people might want to migrate what with the Facebook kerfluffle.

Oh, yeah, QC. Since I don't have Jeph's tumblr on the flist here, & he abandoned LJ for tumblr, I have missed some things.

Like the orig. & redrawn versions & of QC strip 4, side by side.

Note that the facial expressions & stances are different, that's perhaps a matter of greater artistic skill. But Faye is seriously redesigned. Wow.
